NUNDATED with complaints from property owners over the revised Lagos State Land Use Charge (LUC) Act, Governor Akinwunmi Ambode yesterday explained what informed the review. He said his doors were opened for dialogue. According to him, the government is not oblivious of the outcry against the law. His administration, he said, was not out to overburden property owners.
